BEIJING, July 15 (Xinhua) -- Home prices in 70 large and medium-sized Chinese cities continued to show an overall stable trend in June, the National Bureau of Statistics said Friday.In June, 31 of the 70 cities saw a monthly increase in new home prices, up from 6 in May, data from the agency showed.New home prices in four tier-one cities -- Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Guangzhou -- rose 0.5% month-on-month in June, up 0.1 percentage point from May.In all, 31 tier-two cities saw a 0.1% monthly rise in new home prices in June versus a decline in May, while 35 tier-three cities saw a 0.3% monthly decline, equal to that of May.Resale home prices in the four tier-one cities rose 0.1% in June.Second and third-tier cities saw resale home prices fall by 0.1% and 0.3% monthly, respectively.Contact us.Send questions, criticisms or suggestions to our team through the contacts below:
